• Contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.
• Quote form: your name, email address, and any of the following you choose to provide: company/organisation, country/region, area of interest, application, estimated quantity, material, and project details.
• Any other information you choose to include in your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the time of your request) in server logs, to keep the site secure and available. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your browser preferences

We store your chosen language (English or Portuguese) in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases:

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. Where a form asks you to tick a consent box, we also rely on your consent.
• To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest in protecting and maintaining the site.
• To comply with legal obligations: where the law requires us to keep or disclose certain records.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

We only share personal data with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, acting on our instructions:

• Our website hosting provider, which stores and serves the site, delivers form submissions to our inbox via our own mailbox, and processes the technical logs described above.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only data stored on your device is a small local-storage entry that remembers your language choice, which is strictly functional.
